As the title states, whats the cheapest (and best selection) to get nascar merchandise/ memorabilia? I’m going to my first nascar race soon and want to have some stuff to wear!

Check around the track. When NASCAR comes to town, nearby stores stock up on merchandise, I went to Texas earlier this year, and found some great deals at the Mall in Grapevine TX. Ebay works, but if your race is this weekend, shipping may be an issue.
