How could Nascar rearrange the schedule to help avoid rain outs?

…Also places like Fontana where the track was extremely hot could there be some swapping race dates in the schedule to maybe benefit the drivers and fans?
…As it is now no changes have been made to the 2008 schedule so what ideas do you have?
