If a nascar race is rained out does the ticket holder just lose the money spent on seeing the race?

Tomorrow is the nascar race in Fontana California, we are expecting a huge storm to hit saturday and sunday . we have tickets and I was wondering if the race is canceled did I spent hundreds of dollars and not get anything for it?

the caps only have one screw part and it covers the nuts. is there any sites that sell these? help please.
