I fell in love with the Aussie V8 Supercar series playing Toca Pro Race Driver games and am thinking about importing one of the V8supercar games because I’m sick of EA’s Nascar games which offer nothing else outside of the nascar world and when they do delve into road racing as they did with nascar 2005 it usually sucks.

i heard nascar 09 is EA’s last exclusive license game with nascar so now that its out whos gonna make nascar games and for what platforms. i think codemasters and 2k sports would be good but of course nascar racing 2003 season is still the best. but i wonder whos gonna make the new one. nascar 09 just sucks.

When will EA SPORTS quit making the nascar games! Their starting to suck at it. What happended to the Realism!

I really with that the nascar games would be more based on real life nascar racing. The rules should be the same and there should be more choices of racing to start your career with. There needs to be better franchises like in Madden. And also there should be better replays and be able to look at every car on the track like in Madden. FULL CONTOLL OF REPLAYS. I also thought it would be cool for a scenerio mode and you controll what happens and your just watching the race. Wil EASPORTS ever do this? When will nascar games reach it do its best?????

In every NASCAR game I’ve ever played, my car always drops like a rock through the field when the race starts. Why??? I’ve tried everything to fix this. Even adjusting my car to have better acceleration won’t help. The most recent game I’ve had trouble with is NASCAR 07 for the ps2. If anyone can offer any tips, they’d be greatly appreciated.

Just wondered if anyone else has come up with games to play of any sort… would love to hear who plays and what the rules are!

For example: NASCAR for couples – when your driver is mentioned on the green… the other loses a piece of clothing. (also known as naked nascar lol)

For example, NASCAR-type games that I don’t have to purchase in order to enjoy not only the good graphics but also games that are shopisticated. Meaning having many racers, practices, qualifying sessions, etc. I know that’s asking too much but does it exist on the internet, not only FREE to download but also without trials and demos.

Why didn’t early NASCAR games have Daytona in them?

Games like NASCAR Racing, NASCAR Racing 2, NASCAR Racing 3, NASCAR 98, NASCAR 99… None of those games had the sport’s most famous race track – Daytona International Speedway. I often decided to substitute in Talladega for it when I played. Oddly enough, Daytona appeared in NES games, though.

The first one that I know of with Daytona in it, was NASCAR Racing 4, on the PC, and NASCAR Thunder 2002 on the consoles.

I understand why they said “NASCAR Racing Cup Series” instead of “NASCAR Winston Cup Series”, and swapped out beer sponsors with names like “Rusty Wallace” (Miller Genuine Draft/Miller Lite #2) and “Hendrick Motorsports” (Budweiser #25), but this…
