no this is not Skagit. There are no stands on the right end of the track. The scoreboard is in the wrong place. the gate in the back straight is not there. and last the track is too short and flaggers stand is missing in the front staight.

yes it is Skagit, Skagit does not have stands on the right side, they are probably sitting in section F or some where over there
