The driver at back should not touch him at the back of the car like that. Any driver would know the conclusion. He should brake a little bit and let him pass but instead he act greedy about the grip position and cost a life.

The angle that cars are likely to hit the walls are an important part of safe racetrack design. Walls at 90 degrees to the direction of travel shouldn’t be allowed and should be redesigned. Failing that, there should have been a tirewall here.
