Nice ride the 6.5l is a great engine good balance between power and economy with the right mods.

which body lift did you get that fit the diesel version?
i have a 96 1500 diesel and im lookin into gettin one
i love my 35’s with my 20’s any smaller and they wouldn’t look like mud tires . they rub on the frame if u turn sharp but u learn to drive with them on
looks alot like my truck, mines a 1995 Chevy heavy half with a 3” body lift and 33” tires soon to be 35” tires..i think when i get the funds im going to ditch the body lift and get a 4 or 5 in suspension lift
get like a 6 inch lift kid and remove body lift
you will reget the body in like 5 years :/
and the orange and black interior is nice i like the color combo

hey trey3212. I have a 2001 chevy pick up with the same exact tires. i have a 3 inch body lift, and i also have a 2 in. leveling kit. dont do it. it still rubs like crazy. biggest recret ive made is too big of tires, go for the 33s

hey man..I was just wondering how bad would those 35’s rub if you hadn’t trimmed the bumper??I am about to put a 3″ body lift on mine and I want 35’s but I don’t want to trim my bumper…I might just have to go with 33’s..
