Here is a mini documentary off a segment of fifth gear (UK SHOW), that explores the biggest American Racing Sport in history, Nascar. It also answers one of the biggest question all petrol heads been wondering, Whats so great about Nascar anyways?

@unrest101 It’s not ONLY for southerners, it’s gotten too big which must mean that a lot of non-southerners have gotten into it.
@unrest101 cant knock em till you try them…my oval legend car probably takes more skill to drive fast than a standard go-kart..road racings fun, but stock cars are extremely challenging to drive
@vettedude418 f1 cars are not driven by computers, no traction control. No stability control. stock cars take the most talent to race? Don’t make me laugh its nothing more than a v8 car going around in an oval. Not that challenging at all. Then you said besides v8 supercars? You clearly have no clue what your talking about given v8 supercars especially modern ones are LOADED with electronic stability control and traction control to make an average drive feel like a driving god.

Right, that would explain why all the announcers have southern accents. Nearly all the drivers have southern accents… etc.

@IommiSabbath1 talentless? talk about talentless.. f1’s are driven by computers..and only computers..and if a computer fails, or a computer designed part fails, the team is out of the race, and championship..
stock cars take THE MOST talent out of all cars (besides maybe v8 supercars) to drive, because you have to coerce them into what you want the car to do, instead of flipping a switch and knowing through computers who is going to win the race..
@TGTAP lol I highly doubt anyone who says nascar is gay actually watches it. I can’t speak for Europeans but I can speak as an American that I hate it. Why? Because my T.V. is strictly populated with one motorsport, nascar, and it makes me sick to my stomach.
I was not watching a video on nascar, as much as I was watching a video on 5th gear the show. Thanks for being a dumbass though. Made my extra long day more pleasurable.

i just do not respect f1 because its focus is way to much on the politics and not about entertaining the fans. although i find rally very fun to watch

NASCAR is pretty cool for what it is, i think either rally driving or F1 is probably the hardest to do well at.
