    yes, 220mph.

  4. carsismeZ06 says:

Double the 8, double the great.

  5. carsismeZ06 says:

    @Elmo187 220?

  6. DevelDOGG4848 says:

The Passenger window is only used on 1.5+ mile tracks

  7. Elmo187 says:

these cars do not have doors. therefore, having a window on the driver’s side would mean the driver would have a VERY hard time getting out of a wreck in a hurry.

oh and one more thing, F1 and Indy cars don’t have windows and they can reach upto 220mph. many LMS/ALMS LMPs don’t have windows either, and they can reach close to the same speeds.

also, back in the early 70s, with a window net, the Dodge Charger Daytona and Plymouth Superbird reached speeds upto 220mph.

My bad dude didn’t realize you said as a “whole” i apologize for that. Most people don’t know it’s made up of 3 Major series but many more minor series..my bad dude i was totally in the wrong after reading all your comments again i realized you like nascar..haha..sorry Miller Lite does funny shit to ya when your tryin to read..haha GO 48!!

  9. Elmo187 says:

you should probably learn to read before jumping on my balls.

    1. 220mph and not racing at Indy was referring to F1, not NASCAR.

    2. i said NASCAR “AS A WHOLE”. “as a whole” means ALL of NASCAR including Sprint and Nationwide. infact, now they’ll be racing as a whole on 4 road courses this coming season with Road America being added to the Truck Series and Nationwide schedules.

    3. did you not notice the “+” behind the 200? i’m just wondering. that usually means more than 200mph.

  10. nbwinn says:

Can you get Black Magic in the U.K?

  11. Knox48x says:

you know nothing about nascar dude..they race at Indy once a year and they don’t hit 220 there..they hit anywhere from 202-205 and actually the fastest track or tracks they race on is Texas, Atlanta, California and Michigan where they hit speeds of 209-211mph and actually the Sprint Cup races at 2 road coarse the other in Montrel is from the Nationwide series not the Cup Series and an average backstretch or frontstrect speed at a 1.5/2 mile track is 190-195

  12. Knox48x says:

there actually is a passenger window that is put on right before the race but the driver side is a “window net” that is to get to the driver incase of emergency

  13. Knox48x says:

Correction..the cars used at Daytona and Dega are 450hp the non restricted engines make anywhere from 800-850hp..sorry for the typo..glad you have a new found respect for it though..been through the Richard Petty Driving School but at the Charlotte motor speedway 3 times..lol..i love it!!!!!! Go Jimmie 48!!!! drive for 5!!

  14. Knox48x says:

Love most of your shows on here but! Avid Nascar fan here they do weigh 3400lbs, and your at Las Vegas which is 1.5 mile track and those cars hit 185-190Mph there on raceday..they race mostly on sundays and sometimes on saturday nites and the cars without a restrictior plate used at daytona and talladega make anywhere from 800-850HP when the plate is added depending on the rules are cut back to about 450hp don’t know if you have but please go watch a live race..nothing like it in this world!

  15. g0ing2n0where says:

“making between 6 and 700 horse power depending on the restrictor plate.” That clearly isnt right. Everything ive heard points to about 750+ hp and about 400 with the plate.

  16. 24car says:

every sunday they race on on saturdays

  17. Toshirozawa says:

So when should we expect Matt in a F1 rocket? Looking forward to it…

  20. TheSmokingTire says:

wait a couple hours for the special smoking tire super speeders special!

  21. mxmayhem says:

they do, just not on the driver side.

  22. madchef says:

It’s pretty simple. I def have respect for Nascar drivers…..but I have much more respect for F1 drivers.

Also, I love how annoyed the next rider was

  23. DeftonesFan867 says:

You can pass in NASCAR. Can you in F1, or is the “politically motivated board of directors” going to chastise you for it?

  24. DeftonesFan867 says:

Some here will refuse to like NASCAR because they’re afraid it will make them a “redneck”.

Funny I grew up in the inner city and enjoy all forms of Motorsports including NASCAR.

IMO you can not call yourself a true automotive enthusiast if you can’t keep an open to mind to all things automotive.

  25. kippo says:

    Exactly what Cal64us said, F1>Nascar
