The second Big One from the 2005 UAW Ford 500. This time it’s Scott Riggs who got the worst of it as he ends up with a violent series of flips. US Commentary by Bill Weber, Wally Dallenbach and Benny Parsons.

Wanna know what’s weird. In 2005-ish…Drivers were Not complaining that badly about the racing at Daytona and Def Talladega and about cars flipping. Driver Interviews on the flips were all about “its just racing all dega”. Now we got the new car and Every driver is complaining on about Nascar has to kill a driver before things change. I’m all for safety, but I want my racing and crashes back….before the cot car came out!!

That looked alot like the way Dale Sr’s crash got started there in 1996
It looks like Rusty got into Riggs and made him get into the outside wall look at 1:56.

wasnt the 42, McMurray was leading when the wreck happend… weird how he just won Last weeks Dega Race, and you go back, and he was leading this one lol.

Never in my life will I forget the view of that wreck from Jeff Burton’s car.
this is what could happen this Sunday, if Jimmie gets caught in it, the championship battle is on.
watch the video about twice and watch for gordons car, it shows the 42 or something hitting him and turning him into the wall
i really dont get something in this wreck,is it me or did Jeff Gordon crash without anyone hitting him and tangling with him? its like he made it through then later he wrecks head on by himself…. and that was a hard impact!
this is when i started disliking newman since he’s caused a bunch of wrecks in his day, but now since he races for stewart he’s ok. but damn riggs took a really hard hit. very close to Dale Sr.’s in 1996. this race and last fall’s race were like demolition derbys at 190 mph

riggs’ wreck was similar to earnhardts back in ‘96, except he flipped alot more

i went to walmart and missed this wreck fuck my life!
