How many NASCAR races have you ever been to?

I’m sure this has been asked about 80 times in the past, but I don’t remember seeing it anytime recently.
I’ve only been to one NASCAR race, and that was a Busch race in Memphis on Halloween in 1999. I’ve never seen a Cup race. I almost went to Talladega once, almost Bristol once, and almost Daytona about 3 or 4 times, but none of them ever worked out. I have been to the track at Daytona and seen Talladega from the interstate (ironically enough on the way to Daytona), but never seen a race at either place.
ZERO. Thank god for that. I get to stay sane that way.
3
1. Atlanta, fall, 2001
2. Rockingham, fall, 2002
3. Charlotte, spring, 2007 – greatest race ever!
once
none but i really am dying to go to one.
I wish I could’ve started going sooner, but we weren’t sure if my boy was going to be able to handle that kind of stimulation. We went to Las Vegas in 2007, he did good, we’ve gone back every year since.
Both Busch/Nationwide and Cup races.
Geez- in the last 12 months I have been to: 5 Cup races, 3 Nationwide races and 2 truck races.
That is pretty normal in a calendar year now that I live in the Charlotte area. I have been to about 15-20 Cup races in all (before moving to NC, I’d go to both Michigan races).
unfortunately, zero but one of these days I’m sure a I’m going to one.
I lived in Daytona back when Bill Elliott was big. I lived in some apartments down the frontage road from I-95. Off Williamson Rd but I only got to see one race that I got free tickets to after a friend got ill and couldn’t go. I was too young to know what I was missing. Those were some good years I missed.
Later I saw Jeff Gordon in his rookie year at Talladega and if I told you what year that was I’d have’ta shoot ya. After that my love for the big tracks never changed.

So this makes about 35 races.
…..
I’ve seen Talladega four times. Once when I was a young kid and thrice since I’ve been an adult.
Show me your tits!! Woo Hoo! Lol
0. =(
i live on the eastern shore of maryland and since i just got my license im hopin to go to dover within the next couple years. i’d also really like to go to richmond since it isnt too far away and its a great race.

Busch Series at Darlington, 2007
Coca Cola 600, 2008
Still thinking of going this year. the wife’s not sure she wants to run around either place pregnant in the heat.
I was born in a NASCAR family and can’t even remember my first race but I can say I have been to 30-40 of them all at MIS (Michigan International Speedway) I have done it all from staying infield for 5-6 days at a time to just going for the day. My favorite place on earth is at a NASCAR track.
Never, I really want to someday!
I’m an avid fan, I own a NASCAR blog, many NASCAR merchandise, and watched lots races since I was like 5 or 6.
i want to say about 15. I had passes for years at Pocono but it got really expensive when you would get back from the second race and had to have your next years tickets paid for 4 weeks later. When you have 6 great seats that got expensive and we could never could re-coop.It made me mad that they would literally sit on our money for over 10 months. I have been to Daytona once and Charlotte once.
i think everyone should do Daytona once in there lifetime and for Charlotte i would do every year if i had the chance.
Zero.
Last year to Texas where we saw a truck, Nationwide, and Cup race.
Bristol this year will be our 2nd.
Unfortunately, zero. Look forward to my first, wherever and whenever that may be.
dozens and dozens. i went to the daytona 500 once, in ‘92, when davey allison won. the bristol night race once, the one that jimmy spencer was suspended for because it was the week after he punched kurt busch out at michigan. busch won the bristol race, and the boos were deafening. i’ve been to atlanta twice, charlotte several times, i used to live there, including jeff gordon’s first cup win in the ‘94 coke 600. darlington and rockingham several times each. dover once, and richmond and martinsville more times than i can count.
I’ve been going to races since 1964, (yep I’m old) I’d say easily 200 or more, I’ve been to 20 at the Rock and 25 at Darlington and 25 at Charlotte, been to Daytona over 20 my Dad and Uncle were both Nascar officals, theres only 4 tracks that I have not been to, I’m gonna try to hit Kansas this yr. I don;t get to as many as I use to cause Dad has passed away and my Uncle retired at Homestead last yr, he got tired of all the crap in Nascar (thats exactly the words he used) and a couple more words I won’t repeat. I hope to move back South soon so I can go to some more races, it sux out here in Calif.
Go Dale Jr & Hms
Every Brickyard 400, 6 in Michigan, 2 Daytona 500’s, 1 Atlanta, 1 at Dega, 1 at Homestead, 1 in Vegas, 7 Bristol Spring races & 10 Bristol fall races
NONE, I am not from America, but the one I want to follow is the 600 at Charlotte, shame its the same weeke with Indy 500 another great race I want to watch LOL
I’m shocked to see how most people who have answered this have been to so few races. Get out and see a race, you will be hooked.
Well let’s see, I started going over the wall in 2001. I pit for all Cup races and approx 15 Busch & Truck races a year. Plus, the ones I went to as a kid…….
idk, probably somewhere in the 450-475 range.
2004 UAW-GM Quality 500(LMS)
2004 Mountain Dew Southern 500(Darlington)
2005 UAW-GM Quality 500(LMS)
2006 Golden Corral 500(Atlanta)
2006 Bass Pro Shops 500(Atlanta)
2007 Aaron’s 499(Talladega)
2007 Bank of America 500(LMS)
2008 Dodge Charger 500(Darlington)
2008 Coca-Cola 600(LMS)
Dover 3 times
Richmond 2 times
But I want to go to them all! I want them all!
6 and all at the paperclip….. Martinsville Va
Just counted my programs. My total is 55 at 10 different tracks starting back with the 1976 Daytona 500
That would be none. It’s kinda far away from where I live, and nobody I know is a big enough NASCAR fan to make the trip worthwhile.
Reading the other answers, I guess I’ve got it made. I didn’t start watching Nascar until 2003 and I’ve been to too many to count. Counting Busch and Trucks, at least 50 I’d say. I live 5 miles from RIR. My family lives 5 miles from Martinsville Speedway. And then Dover, Darlington, Bristol, The Rock, and Lowes are all short drives. Nice!
Let me see…I think 7 total and all at Dover.
Started in 1993 with the Spring and Fall race and again in 1994 for both. Then dry spell and didn’t go until 2006 but have been to one each year since so that makes 7. Not sure if I will go to Dover this year or not.
Thanks for the memories!

I want to go to Charlotte for the week or so in May more than anything.
