how do you mount universal racing seats to stock oem seat brackets in 96 civic?

i have a pair of universal racing seats coming today and i need to mount them to the stock oem brackets so i can retain my normal seat belt. cant do harnesses because its illegal in my area. please help me.

Buddy Club seat rails retain the use of the stock seat belt. When my friend had a Buddy Club seat, on stock seat rails, the seat would flex ALOT. Where as on my civic, I have a buddy club seat and rails, and theres no flex in it.
Don’t do things cheaply.
