How do you get your Nascar license at 15?

I was just informed a 14 year old girl was able to get her Nascar license and i am 15. How do you get one of them and do you have to pay?
I no im not going to be racing in events, but just to get a license would be cool. And to do the kids amateur racing.
I hope you are not assuming you can race in Sprint Cup or Nationwide at 15. That’s what I hated about that stories title is it’s misleading.

If you are not going to race, they will not give you a license. Besides, you would need prior racing experience.

“if you have to ask, it aint gonna happen”
