My 1st attemped about 10 years ago at Video Editing. I recorded it all off TV on VHS and cut it together in the 1st Avid out. Don’t mind the really cheezy graphics.

Actually, he’d have 2 more titles, so overall he’d have 6. The Chase is what’s turning NASCAR fans off, and the only people who like it are REALLY new fans and Jimmie Johnson fans. I almost feel as if the old fans are being weeded out so that there can be all new fans… Just a conspiracy theory but its exactly whats happening.
i agree gordon would have count it 6 more championships if not for the stupid chase format that would give 10 championship’s my friend’s

I say send this video to NASCAR’s head guys and remind them of what they’ve taken away from us. We could have similar stuff in more modern times mind you, but still, this is where its at! I don’t know why this video only has 4 1/2 stars… Should be 5!

The Chase is the worst thing that happened to NASCAR. You can even tell by the short clips in this video that the racing was better and there was actual passing for the lead not follow the leader. Fix the new car (Hopefully the Nationwide COT will be the solution) and get rid of the Chase and crown champions who are best ALL season, not 10 races!

I agree with easttenesain. if you shit your pants every time a powerful car gets some oversteer or spins, racing is not for you. I have been in a NZV8 crash on pukekohe at 190 Kph but i am still racing. the cars are so safe ther is nothing to be scared off. but nothing is bullet proof and Dale Earndhart Sr (R.I.P) found that out the hard way.
