I don’t like watching Nascar, but I’m sure I wouldn’t mind driving an 800hp big block V8 around an oval. Same for soccer, it sucks watching it but playing it with a bunch of friends is always fun. By the way, I’m more of a football and hockey guy, I don’t like soccer.

NASCAR actually does take a lot of skill. If it was so easy, why has Montoya only won 1 race in four years?

F1 is a joke now anyway. Rallying probably takes more skill, but the real action is bike racing… F1 can’t compete with World Superbikes or MotoGP

Most of them have go cart championships…they werent born NASCAR drivers they all had to pay their dues and prove themselves at lower levels first
when talking about comparison between cars and bikes, you need to keep an accurate ratio. IE, sure you could add 1300hp to a car to make it go the same, but it would still be pulling the same weight on the same four tires, it would not be equivalent. You would have to reduce the car weight to gain the same acceleration as a motobike.

i was making a stright line reference. since they only thing you people are talking about is speed and acceleration why not compare a bike and a car? both push off the ground to propel themselves. by the 1300hp car i was refering to how much horsepower you would need to match the motorcycle i rode……..

First of all, the physics of a bike and a car are not the same. So you threw not only logic out the window, but you also blindingly think its the same.
