FIGHT is at 6:31. Nascar Cup driver Scott Riggs before he was famous. He wrecks Milton Cooke at Southern National Speedway, Cookes crew and Riggs start huge fight on the track. Riggs goes to Winston Cup, Cooke and crew go to jail. Law enforcement from 3 counties show up.
Cooke only spun because he came down on Riggs at like 6:33

Scott Riggs got him a week or two before as well. In that one the #12 slows on the track then takes a swipe at Riggs as he comes by.
it was a racing accident. the guy is a spoiled sport to do that. was very childish.
