Do Nascar drivers wear diapers during races in case they have to go to the bathroom?

Nascar races are pretty long, and the driver’s don’t have breaks unless there’s a red flag. That means if they have to go to the bathroom, they can’t leave their cars quickly for a bathroom break. I was thinking that maybe some of the drivers wear diapers during their races if they don’t think they can hold it until the race is over. Is this true?
I bet in the history of nascar, someone has worn a diaper.
I dont think most drivers wear them tho. I know that nascar drivers, sweat alot during races, which may be why they do not need to worry about peeing. But if you gotta take a shit, i dunno what you do.
There are def over the counter pills you can take to stop things up. SOmething that should be looked into.

My father used to be a race car driver. They don’t wear diapers. You go to the bathroom before you race, and if you end up having to go before teh race is over, you just hold it or go in your pants. The outfits they wear are very heavy and hot, and you wouldn’t even be able to fit something as bulky as a diaper underneath them.
No. The races are only a few hours long. The drivers are intelligent, experienced and mature athletes with full control of their bodily functions.
In truth, that is seldom a problem. Between the heat inside the cars and the heat of the driver’s suit, dehydration is a far more serious problem than the need to urinate. On a typical day, a driver can lose over 10 pounds in body weight over the course of a race. This is why the drivers are given fluids at every pit stop and have an on-board supply as well. Too much is far preferable to not enough.

I’m sorry but a normal healthy male can easily drive a race without having to urinate or deficate.
I always thought that the people who asked these questions had some kind of potty fetish.
I’m sure they have to poop or pee sometime. Now i’m wondering which driver you are speculating upon.

I am a big nascar fan and i don’t think they do because after races all them are tired and drinking some sort of drink from all the sweat. It get very hot in that car. That’s why you see them get plenty of water before and during a race. some races last 4 to 6 hours due to cautions. the only time the can get out of the car is they wreck,red flag or driver change if they can not compete which does happen if they are sick or injured from a previous race.
Im sure they have it under control. Stupid question
