Looking for a new pc nascar game?

I currently have Sierra’s Nascar Racing 2003. I love this game, but I was wondering if they are creating another game anytime soon. I am not a big fan of EA Sports Nascar games. They aren’t bad, but the graphics are awesome through Sierra/Vivendi Universal/Papyrus.

Ok. This question is about my game, NASCAR Racing 2003 Season for my pc.?

There are restrictor plates on the cars when I race at Daytona and Talladega. There are ways to take them off or go around them. I need to know how.
I can get the Computer cars to go faster, I just need to make myself go faster. How do I do that???

Can someone please send me instuctions on how to make a car outside of the game? THen how to get it into the game and race with it.
